Audi

20817 - Audi is more luxurious than the car! This beautiful girl is just 6 years young... Audi is a little timid when she first gets to know you but quickly warms up. Do not let her big stature fool you, Audi thinks she is a lap dog. Now, she is afraid when it comes to other dogs. An only fur child she will need to be! All children in the home should be 8 years or older.

Betty

20327 - Beautiful Betty doesn't let her disabilities get in her way! This 6 year old basset mix is diabetic and blind. But you would never know it! Betty loves to go to schools and assisted living facilities with her foster dad. She just LOVES people. However she is not a fan of other dogs. Miss Betty is looking for a home that has experience with a diabetic animal or is willing to learn how to take care of her. If you are interested in learning more about Betty email jreber@berksarl.org .

Blaze & Prince

Bonnie & Clyde

18625 & 18624 - These two may not be robbing banks anytime soon, but they will sure steal your heart! Bonnie and Clyde are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. No ifs ands or buts about it! These two are great together, but not fans of other dogs. This dynamic duo is looking for a home that has recent husky experience. Bonnie and Clyde are a little nervous here at the shelter but once they get to know you they will calm down pretty quickly. Due to their shy personalities, B&C need a home with children 14 years or older, and no cats! ***Accepting applications.

Cashe

21186 - Isn't Cashe just the cutest! This gal is a little shy so it takes her a bit to warm up. Once she gets to know you, she'll be your new BFF! Cashe is ok with older calmer male dogs her size but no felines in this girls future! Due to Cashe's shyness we're suggesting all children in the home be 14 years or older unless they have experience with shy dogs.

Ernie

14544- Ernie likes long walks on his leash, wearing muscle shirts, and butt scratches. Maybe not muscle shirts but a nice sweater never hurt anyone! Give Ernie a few minutes of your time and his cuteness will have you hooked. He loves to be scratched but prefers that you leave his tail alone and he wants you to know that he is very protective of his high value possessions (like rawhides, pig ears, things of that nature). He is happy to go for a nice walk and just as happy when its time to cozy up on the couch. Ernie needs to be the only animal in the home, but he is man enough to handle all the love himself. Children over 18 please!

Gypsy will need to be an only fur-child. But we promise with her fun spunky personality she's all the canine you'll ever need! Kids over 14

Harley

20233 - Harley is not currently available for adoption, but the ARL is accepting adoption applications for him.  Completed applications can be sent to Julie at jreber@berksarl.org. Our boy Harley loves toys, long walks, tennis balls and especially squeaky toys! He's very affectionate. According to his previous owner, Harley loves car rides, is housebroken and is ok with submissive dogs. Children over 8 years old for this guy though! Harley takes his treats and toys hard and still has a good amount of energy!
